Standard Colorado Notary Fees are charged Per Notary Stamp and signing. The Travel fee for this service is calculated by the mileage it takes for me to get to you.
For Loan Packages and Field Inspections, the travel fee is calculated as flat rate tiers based on the distance of the Job. All these tiers are based from Colorado Springs out to 100 miles.
